Founded in October 2006 with a registered capital of $98 million, we occupy an area of 86,600 square meters and employ 300 skilled staff including 79 administrative and technical staff. As such, annual capacity of disc suspension toughened glass insulators is over 5.5 million pieces. We have developed DCS furnace combustion control system, and Siemens fully-automatic feeding, punching pressing, temperature equalization, toughing, and cold and hot shock control system. We also have scientific and standardized manufacturing supervision system, fully furnished material analysis laboratories, mechanics research laboratories, electrical testing laboratories and many more.

We have complete range of insulators that conforms to international developed level of electrical performance and safety performance. The type of insulators is from 40kN to 550Kn, and can be used on the transmission line voltage from 10 to 1000kV. We have A/C, D/C, anti-pollution, pair umbrellas, tri-umbrellas, ground wire types, electrified railway overhead contact system, ANSI types, seven series and more than 150 types of insulators.
